Friendly people, and you won’t get bored

Cons

Low pay compared to industry standard, especially in IT. Annual raises were only 1%, and it is almost impossible to get a bigger raise unless you get a promotion. Old school work environment. Employee retention seemed to be a struggle. Very high call center turnover caused stess in other areas at the bank.
