Pros

Some folks from the old Level One Bank that haven’t left yet are capable.

Cons

Most of the really capable folks from Level One have left already, chased away by the junky systems and procedures. And the arrogance that their antiquated ways are superior. It’s amazing this place hasn’t folded already.

Pros

The old Level One Bank folks were awesome. But they’re fleeing like rats off a sinking ship now that the bozos from First Merchants Bank arrived.

Cons

First Merchant's systems are so awful. So 1980s. Can't use docusign because it's "too risky." Only join this place if you're ready to return to the days of the fax machine.
