3yWe are pleased to offer the opportunity to learn about banking and help you grow your career! We have made changes to our compensation that include increasing our company minimum wage twice within the last 12 months as well as addressed the pay compression that those changes caused. Where other companies have “stayed the course”, First Merchants has shown positive employee-focused momentum.
