Pros

Pay is commensurate with experience & comparable to other banks. Benefits are excellent. They're developing a positive culture of work-life balance.

Cons

With any place, some people are there for the wrong reasons or are ill-suited for their role or their manager doesn't dig in to see that they're not doing a good job or they aren't being held accountable.

Great Co-Workers, Rough Company

Pros

Hour Long Lunches Banking Hours (Lots of holidays off) Co-Workers were amazing, we all got along great!

Cons

-Incredibly low pay -"upselling" loans/credit cards to those who do not need them or would not benefit from them felt wrong and immoral -Sales goals were very hard to meet. -Did not take severe illness of family members seriously
