      Pros

      People are amazing. Incredibly intelligent technology group of employees You are only limited by your potential. They never fire anyone unless it's something they can't sweep under the rug. Was there 5 plus years and they only fired 1 person because if they didn't it would have been a lawsuit.

      Cons

      Raises are horrible, even if you get the top rating you'll not get enough to cover rate of inflation. 401k is only vested after 5 years, most companies it's 2. They spend money like crazy on pet projects for the executives but not for the regular employees. Bonuses are really nothing unless you're an executive. Management definitely plays favorites and it's blatantly obvious. They're making a big push to look like they are really supporting minorities. This only happened after they got in trouble with the DOJ. And this was while Trump was in office so you can imagine how bad things were. There are numerous people who should no longer be there. They need to step up and get rid of people who server no use or impede the progress of the company.
