401k, PTO and holidays, sick time - This company will vary a lot depending on who you're working directly under, so I won't review based on that. Even with my direct manager there are things that I like and dislike. The culture very much promotes customer-first mentality and needs-based conversations, which I personally think is great. That being said, the branches still have goals to work towards and, again, depending on who you're working directly under, your mileage may vary when it comes to how you're expected to meet those goals. I feel that they've handled the pandemic fairly well and show concern for the communities they work in and their employees, which is a huge plus.

Cons

Outdated technology. Most of the additional employment opportunities are in the main locations such as Daleville if you're looking to grow outside the retail side which may be a pro if you live nearby. I did have some friends in other departments who wished the work from home opportunities would branch out more, but being in Retail and in direct contact with customers, it's not something I can comment on personally.
