      Pros

      They have a good benefits package. My job was eliminated due to acquisition but their severance package was very generous

      Cons

      Communication from upper management was the worst I have ever seen. They had conference call meetings but they just thanked individual people--not at all what I was expecting.

      Pros

      Most people are genuinely nice, kind and good to work with. The company offers many opportunities to be involved in the community, including giving one paid day for community service each year.

      Cons

      Health insurance is on the expensive side. Sometimes it's hard to get management to hire additional people even when the work load grows a lot. Annual raises haven't increased in many years, despite the multiple years of record earnings.
