upper management is very unrealistic of goals they set to their branches. They are also not personable and the company is not family oriented.

I loved the customers. The customers is what makes the job enjoyable.The hours were okay, the pay okay, the area is nice.

Cons

Upper management at the Noblesville's branch was awful. Most employees left within a couple of months. Hardcore sales expectations, with petty writeups. Not honest management.
