No communication, they aren't very quick on fixing problems. some of the managers have minimal knowledge in banking, which creates a stressful work environment. Banking centers are short staffed half of the time.

Much of the management staff is not knowledgable about the practices. They promote based on tenure, goals and education. Which is not always a bad thing but can become a bad thing when you have managers who aren't ready to lead, leaders who don't know how to motivate or even give constructive criticism to their employees and managers who want to be best friends with their staff. That's no way to manage and it affects moral. There is no communication from hire ups most times or it takes forever to get responses back. If you work at an in store branch you might as well fend for yourself because you're the "red headed step child" of the company.
