      Pros

      Easy way to get into banking Industry . You will learn a teller's job and a personal banker's job. It might help you in your future employment with any other mainstream Financial institution. Excellent cash handling training .

      Cons

      Horrible schedule . This bank is only about sales , they recently started focusing of customer service . poor incentives , if you are driven by money then, there are other retailer that pays you more in hourly wages and great incentives. Forget about your family and personal life .You are a slave of your district Manager.Please never count on your direct manager's support. No sales no career opportunity. Disrespectful District managers.

      Pros

      You get to work in air conditioned area away from the outside elements. Coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      You sign customers up for accounts that they don't want so that they can rack up an incredible amount of fees and end up charging off their accounts.
