Good start into banking. You learn a lot about customer service and how to be great at sales. Move up fast with great sales.

Cons

Management pick favorites so if you are not their favorite they basically toss you aside. Long hours plus you’re doing five jobs for a not so livable wage. For a banking center, the bonuses are terrible! They are much better at other places. If you work full time, even if you are not management prepare to pretty much dedicate your time to this place because you will have no life outside of work.
