      Pros

      Great people to work with. You will stay for the people. Good job to work while still attending college classes.

      Cons

      Low paying with ridiculous sales goals. Promotions are given based on waiting your turn in line. Management is sometimes young and immature.

      Pros

      fast paced environment, great training process. It's a sales job. 90% is marketing to potential customers. If you don't like this job it is because your not good at sales. This company also promotes you fast if your good at your job and the security of the job is excellent. I never feel as if I'm at risk of losing my job.

      Cons

      The con is that this bank is open 7 days a week. So if you can't work a flexible schedule then I would look for another job.
