Pros

The incentive checks were sometimes worth it and other employees were cool to be around.

Cons

Management never seemed to genuinely care much about the employees, only about getting accounts.

Pros

If you're what they're looking for, and you can provide the sales results that they want. They will promote you. However, a promotion doesn't really mean a whole lot. I started as the lowest level Personal Banker (Teller) they have. And two days before I turned in my two weeks they offered me a supervisor position. However, after branch manager there isn't a whole lot you can be promoted to. For some this would be a great opportunity. They don't care what kind of degree you have. If you can come to work and do what they want you can be promoted. However, for me this isn't what I was looking to do for the rest of my life.

Cons

The company is changing. When I started I remember a good part of my interview was about how the bank considers themselves "family". I got to witness this for about my first year of employment. I felt valued as a member of the team, I enjoyed what I did. Like I said the company has changed and is still changing. Now its all about the money and about profit. They don't care about their customers and the definitely don't seem to care about their employees. I think that this mindset will come back to haunt them in the near future.

Pros

Paid three times a month with wages being bi-weekly and once a month for incentives.

Cons

If you dont hit a monthly quota for new account openings, you do not get paid your incentives.
