Pros
Great Job to start with, i was there when i was 18, and in less than a year i became a Personal Banker 3, taught me how to communicate with customers and everything, best job to start with when your young, also was one of the best jobs to have on your resume.
Cons
Having to gain accounts, and when you don't meet your goal, you have to go to a class for 8 hours on how to meet your goal, and too many people in the company is dating and sleeping with each other
