Can obtain this job very easy

Cons

No growth, company HR is no good they will send you in circles until you give up. Managers will pick on employees until they put in two weeks and after putting in the two weeks notice they will not pay out time worked and will not give vacation time. I would never advice a person with an education to work here.

Sales based so customer service is lacking. Customers are treated differently everywhere because turnover affects consistent customer service levels.

Cons

If you are not good at sales. You will find yourself stressed out trying to make goal. Or if you are working in a slower branch your incentive check will suck.
