Pros

Great people, and stock options. They worked around my college schedule. There are a lot of opportunities to move up especially once you graduate from college. I decided to leave for another job, but would consider returning if the price is right.

Cons

Hourly wages are low and salaries are too. Tellers have to stand up all day since chairs are not provided for all of them. Customers can be rude and obnoxious and it can get stressful on paydays when people want to cash their checks and the line is out the door.

Pros

I really like how they promote people from within the company. If an employee works hard, he or she can be promoted twice for a twelve month period. The work hours are flexible (for certain branches), employees can even work there while in college at the same time. The sales benefits are great too. An employee can get up to 600 dollars per month for sales benefit (depending on an employees' performance). Its like a third pay check every month, which is so awesome!

Cons

When it comes to our compensation, I think that they should increase a little bit more.

Pros

To gain experience in most aspects of retail banking. High promotion rate form within. Sales driven. You don't have to have prior banking experience. Can work a flexible schedule.

Cons

Not very professional. 70% turnover rate. Does not value their employees desire to get a college education. Horrible reputation. Too focused on sales goals. Fee-based bank. Read rip-off reports.
