Pros

Everyone's feed back is asked and valued. it is truly a company with a team vision. It is a bank that uses the word WE in regular conversation!!! We are PROUD to work here and be part of the communities we are in! The Executives are extremely hands on and available!!

Cons

I would like to see a better working relationship created between front line operations & back office operations. I beleive the different goals they have for success sometimes creates a friendly rivalry between them. But if this is the only Con it's a pretty great place to work!

Easy company to work for.

Cons

Over emphasis on selling in a flooded environment. Employees focus more on getting new accounts to meet their goals than providing excellent service to current customers. Advancement is not based on employee's ability to provide excellent customer service, balance, properly process transactions and adhere to bank protocols but on popularity. Feels like high school.

Seems like we are always understaffed. Pay is less than other banks. Insurance offered could use improvement.
