great bonus pay for hitting sales goals, fun work place and no credit check before or after hire, and paid training.

Cons

no set outline to determine what level a new employee will be hired on at, bankers below supervisor must wear less than professional looking uniform

Pros

People are cool depending on your manager/ location. That is pretty much what it comes down to. This is a good place to get some experience, but if you desire to be a traditional banker or have more options beyond "branch manager" then this is not the place for you.

Cons

Sales goals are too high. You have very good managers who believe in training and developing their staff to be future leaders. Then you have those who just want you to go get accounts by any means necessary. The best of times where when Hunter Westbrook was the CEO. Since he left, it's gone downhill.
