Sales based so customer service is lacking. Customers are treated differently everywhere because turnover affects consistent customer service levels.

Opportunity to grow. Good hourly pay. Incentive checks every month. Easy job.

Cons

If you are not good at sales. You will find yourself stressed out trying to make goal. Or if you are working in a slower branch your incentive check will suck.

Excellent company and finance department to work with.

Pros

The finance department was a great group of peers to work with at both lower and upper management level. The was room to grow and learn more as well as take on more responsibility.

Cons

The only con I have was I was not able to stay with the company longer due to having to move for my spouse's career in the military. Nothing con about this company for me.
