      Easy to learn, training was very in depth, awesome promotions help to make connections with potential customers

      Cons

      Sales Based, employees were more worried about accounts than making their current customers happy, came off rude, all banks are in stores so they require you to walk out into the grocery store and try to sell bank accounts
