Pros

very employee friendly, bonus checks every month, if you are making you sales and going beyond the min. expectations you can advance in the company very quickly.

Cons

that bank is open 7days a week and for all the hours that you work the pay could be better

Pros

The sky is the limit. There are senior executives with no college experience that started out at the very bottom of the company. The only thing stopping you in this company is yourself. If moving up in this company is not for you, many other banks and stores LOVE hiring from First National Bank and First Convenience Bank, due to the large amount of financial, customer service, product, and sales skills you will gain.

Cons

Until you reach a specialized officer or executive position, most of your job is based on aggressive sales goals. Pay is not competitive with other banks or stores such as Walmart or Target. Moving up here is about passion for the company; if pay is your concern, you can use it as a stepping stone into management.

Pros

The intranet was very helpfull, promotions were very easy to get, the managers where very friendly all the way up to the regional level. There was alot of incentives.

Cons

Working there involved alot of gossip, alot of unprofessionalism, and it seemed as the criteria for being employed there was kind of low. I dont think the training was the best either but it wasnt the worst although I woudl question some of the knowlege of some of the staff Im guessing because of the high turn over. The health insurance was extemly expensive is not worth the money.
