      Hours of Operation open 7 days a week closed only 3 days out of the entire year, Company Cares more about sales then their employees or customers, terrible work-life balance

      Co workers are fun/ incentives are good as long as you are making your sales goal.

      Cons

      Everything is focused around sales.......no home life.......work hours are long. If you have kids do not work here......you will miss all there school and extra curricular activity events. Low morale in the branch.
