Pros

It is all very self efficent, you do as well as the work you put in. If you try hard to succeed then you will move up and you will make money from your sales.

Cons

Sometimes people can not handle the stress in meeting their sales quotas. You have a monthly goal you must meet.

Pros

First Convenience Bank is absolutely a great place to work for! This is a company that believes in reinvesting into their employees. FCB is constantly expanding, and allowing opportunites for growth and career advancement!

Cons

First Convenience Bank is a relatively small Texas bank, which is currently expanding into Arizona and New Mexico. There is not much advertising except for utilizing marketing materials, business development, and word-of-mouth advertising. Someone who is not comfortable with selling and networking might find it a strenuous job.
