The work day is predictable and you get the majority of bank holidays paid off.

Cons

Depending on what department you're in the job can be extremely stressful and management does not seem to appreciate any extra effort. There are also a lot of people that have been in their positions for decades so there is little room for promotion in the foreseeable future.

Cons

Poor management. You have to keep an eye on your incentives because they lack the care for their employees and money. Excessive money spending out of pocket because they have a theme dress every Friday. You have to be financially well if you get this job. Hourly rate very low for personal banker/teller.
