      Pros

      I was able to move up fairly quickly, and do different aspects of the banking industry from sales, to customer service and also doing teller transactions

      Cons

      You have absolutely no life outside of the bank. And the quotas they put on your are unfair and stressful and not worth the sacrifices you give up to work there

      Pros

      Your commission is what you make it and you get to help customers with there personal banking issues and upper management above branch managers are like family.

      Cons

      Too much drama and management don't take care of it properly and although every branch is different but too much drama in a small space takes a toll on a person and drives them to find another job.

      Pros

      Great place to start. The Bank works with college students and allows accounting, banking and finance students to intern at their branches and receive elective credits. Since the Bank is open all but 3 days out of the year, it makes the scheduling pretty flexible. Can be fun with a good staff.

      Cons

      Meager pay. VERY sales driven and since it tends to get a lot of customers that have problems with overdrafts and tend to come up to the branch yelling and screaming. Can be long hours and very slow at times.
