Pros

Great job if you enjoy working with youth. It’s flexible with solid benefits especially with time off. Supervisor is very supportive. Great place to get hours toward licensure.

Cons

Decision-making can be top-down and isn’t always realistic

Pros

Everyone here is passionate about the mission. We work hard to reach goals but people still find ways to enjoy time with our colleagues. I love knowing that I'm making a difference in my community.

Cons

Like most nonprofits, competitive pay is a struggle. Work-life balance can sometimes get out of whack but I've found my supervisor to be helpful in managing the stress.
