Ownership turning a blind eye to lousy management team. Management team gets away with screaming at employees on the floor. Lack of real leadership.

Management needs is out of touch. Too much favoritism shown to "friends". Hard too get promotions. Training needs to be improved. Hours are long and mandatory over time is sometimes implemented for certain employees. No communication between shifts or from management. Even when someone trys to improve working conditions they are blocked because of miss management and lack of communication.
