Pros

If you want a job that you just have to show up for, this is for you.

Cons

Pay is way below average. No commissions. Very small yearly bonus. Hours. No form of training. Only 2 weeks of vacation. 90 day wait time for benefits.

Bankers do not have goals. Bankers don't do any type of loans. Great work life balance

Cons

Poor communication. Poor training. Marketing is almost nonexistent. Pay could be better, need 401K access sooner
