N/A - some of the loan officers are nice

Poor communication, low pay, nonexistent support from upper management, old technology, outdated policies, dangerous levels of backlog, zero professionalism, rampant sexism, constantly wasting company funds and time on counterproductive measures, extremely poor training offered to new employees.
