Pay is the best in the School Bus industry, Medical is very good, better than many.
Cons
unprofessional environment to say the least. Mammoth favoritism from the dispatch crew (which they feel is invisible). Yard ran like a semi-prison with multiple unkind managers that could care less it seems, how they deal with people. There is low moral on many levels, management focus is on punishment rather than voicing nice job from time to time. From management, very little positive recognition toward a large percentage of drivers . Favoritism from management galore, unprofessional treatment among co-workers (really a reflection of the leadership). Seems most of management feels it necessary to show lack of interest or even slight kindness to most.
