In the north they don't pay you for snow days and they should. When the contract with the school the school pays them for certain amount of days. If it snows they are still paid so they should still pay the drivers.

When I applied to this company, they appeared to be using a new technical system that appeared to not be tested thoroughly. They kept sending me welcoming e-mails and a rejection e-mails. If the double message is how they attract new workers, I am not interested in pursuing the company further. I find many in this company gossiping, which to me is an indication that communication is lacking within the company. Gossip often appears when healthier forms of communication are either available and not used or simply non-existent.
