Horrible senior leadership, terrible benefits, sub-par compensation, toxic culture, awful communication, borderline unethical practices

If you are employee, not contractor.. as soon as the buyout deal is signed, they begin cutting your benefits. Benefits may be part of buyout deal, but as soon as they can, they will reneg on it. They may wait several months, but it will happen. They will get out of providing health insurance and 401k as soon as they can. Your 401k match will be gone as soon as they acquire you. Eventually they will roll you out of company 401k to a money market and tell you you’re on your own. If you resign, the day you leave is the day you lose health insurance. No waiting until the end of the month like other companies even though insurance is paid monthly. They will also not pay you accrued sick time or vacation time. They will say you didn’t provide enough notice, even if you give 3 weeks. Trying to get the Corp office to respond is like trying to talk with someone already dead. Beware- they are not nice like when they are courting companies to buy. It’s strictly to acquire as much money and companies as possible and brag about it. Would give negative star rating if could.
