      Great First Job! I honestly couldn't be happier. Senior Engineers are a great source of knowledge and are true experts in there respective fields. The projects are exciting and you are given the ability to work in a team and autonomously. The hours are great and my coworkers are very friendly.

      Cons

      My only con is the aging workforce will eventually be a problem if younger engineers are not brought in to absorb the wealth of knowledge this company has to offer.

      Overworked employees, no breaks, routes are too long and management doesn't listen to employees and are lazy
