      Downhill, downhill, underground even

      Decent pay, pension, benefits, good coworkers, etc

      Cons

      The company has gone downhill in the last 5 years. To be honest, the HB6 management crew (political bribery) cared more for the employees than any of these new executives. Shady, noncommunicative, cruel, even. It will never be a "premier utility" and employee engagement/satisfaction and reputation will take YEARS if not DECADES to recover.
