Everything is terrible!!!!

Pros

There are none. Don't waste your time with this poorly ran company.

Cons

Everything. The benefits are garbage. Mandated return to office, pushed by higher execs who are extremely out of touch with reality. There's no flexibility at all. There has been a drastic shift since new leadership has taken over, and it just continues to plummet.

Once a great company to work for.

Pros

Good pay, good benefits. Good co-corkers and direct supervisors.

Cons

Unfortunately, the current executive leadership is tanking the company. What was once a great place to work, that valued flexibility and work life balance, now feels like the exact opposite. There is no transparency. From sudden lay offs, to sudden return to office mandates with no reasoning other than “they feel we are better together”. Employees are leaving left & right now. Top talent continually departing the company.
