      Pros

      There are no pros when you are losing a job, it is a life changing event.

      Cons

      No transparency. It was communicated that the reduction of workforce would reduce the line from the VP to frontline worker but that is not what it looked like.

      Cons

      Lacks efficiency in work flow and processes. Capital project cost recovery from customers leads to corruption, waste, and over reliance on contract engineering firms. Deregulation has lead to very siloed business units.
