The upper level management does not spend a lot of time with lower level supervision. Sometimes only checking in when things have already gone wrong instead of being proactive. Policy and rule changes are often made without discussing the terms of their implementation. Nepotism runs rampant throughout the company, so moving up without knowing someone is very tough.

The second you use PTO they wanna hold it against you and basically that’s what they used to evaluate your raise every year. So if you want to be paid fairly, don’t work here or don’t take PTO ever because your family doesn’t matter to them you don’t matter to them.
