      Best people I ever worked for. Lots of guys retiring over the next 10 years...lots of room for advancement Management always willing to help and answer questions

      The pay is under industry average. Its good money for single kids fresh out of college, but if you have a family...your not saving any money...and could barely afford a house

      IF you are one of "them", great benefits, opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      No value or appreciation shown for hard work, no loyalty to employees (the more years you have, the more you better worry), most managers are lousy managers, even if they know their craft. Good managers tend to leave this company, probably to be around people they can respect
