Executives received a 17% approval rating on most recent survey and don't care at all about trying to improve that score. They treat employees like machines and make no attempt to improve employee satisfaction. Upper management/ corporate always changing, doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. Says they don’t have money for anything than always hiring new directors but can’t hire new support staff?
