      Pros

      Fairly consistent schedule, fair pay for the position, good management, you work at your own pod, and are sitting for most of the day.

      Cons

      You get cussed out and berated daily by customers, not a lot of paid time off until you've been hired for at least a year.

      Sit down desk job. Free food. Great coworkers. Very friendly people.

      Angry customers...listening to lyers all day. Upper management were showoffs and thought they were better than others.
