      Cons

      Constant mass layovers, in five years I have seen hundreds laid off. Some positions are more secure than others but the company will layoff without hesitation.

      Pay is terrible now. Used to be a good company. Managers don’t know what they are doing. They are two faced. This company changes so much now it all went to crap.
