Run!! That's my advice, run as fast as you can from this company. Poor ethics, poor communication. Abuse of employees time... all around corrupt.

Decent base and high bonus but goals are not realistic

Cons

Extremely old systems that make your job feel like hell. Management is HORRIBLE. Unrealistic goals without providing the adequate ressources !! I hate it here never had a 1-1 . Took 6 months for my manager to accept my 1-1 meeting request. I had no idea what she looked like. Unbelievable. Insurance is horrible ! Doesn’t cover the bare minimum and deductibles are high

Amazing culture. Competitive pay. Leadership and Executive accountability; leading by example (talk the talk AND walk the walk). Health benefits package comparable to companies 3 times the size. Flexible schedules. Great PTO time accrual. People genuinely care about one another.

Cons

I can’t really think of any cons up to this point.
