      Pros

      Strong CEO and teams across the organization. Mindful of doing the right thing and providing good service to its renters. People seem to work really well together. Care about their residents and provided a lot of support to those facing difficulties during Covid. A good growth industry. Good company benefits, pay, etc.

      Cons

      It's a new company, things move extremely fast, and competing priorities come into play often.

      - Compensation is slightly above market value - The people that work here are fantastic and genuinely care about the business and residents - There are some great leaders spread throughout the business - You will be exposed to a lot and learn how a good SFR platform operates - Diversity and Inclusion is heavily emphasized

      Cons

      - Company is understaffed in many departments and has been for a long time - Turnover is high at all levels of the company - Upward mobility is uncommon - Current focus is on "professionalizing" the business, and the culture and team morale is suffering
