A steady paycheck, decent benefits and end of year merit bonus

Cons

Little to no advancement opportunities, unless you are related to upper management or have put at least 5 years in. Not worth the headache of big brother corporate dictating your every move...then criticizing you for ever making a decision on your own, even if you have 10 years of experience and a reasonable amount of intelligence. Pass.

We are, and have been, a quickly growing company for the last year and a half and with that comes great opportunities to grow as we do.
