Cons

Constant mass layovers, in five years I have seen hundreds laid off. Some positions are more secure than others but the company will layoff without hesitation.

Company has good values, decent benefits, and used to offer hybrid work. some of people are really nice and have great experience in the SFR and multi family spaces. learned a lot

Cons

HR team is confusing. Changed representatives several times. I had two different ladies in HR in a year. They were really helpful and would follow up relatively quick despite being busy. new guy takes a while to respond, if he does and not follow up. Also gives info that contradicts our policies and what I've been told in the past Company doesn't care about resident concerns until a review is made or its escalated to a upper corporate. leaders are not receptive to feedback that we are more productive in a remote environment
