I can only speak for the Indy area since that's where I worked out of. Management will always go out their way to help you with any issue big or small business or personal. Everyone is a team player.

Cons

None at this time that I can think of.

Wonderful New Leadership

Pros

The company was stagnant for a bit but seems to finally realize the potential ahead. They have brought on some amazing leaders that are seasoned in the single family realm. It is refreshing to see where the company can go. I am very excited about the opportunity to come. Pay scale is not only competitive but exceptional.

Cons

HR seems to be a bunch of people who worked together before from a previous Cerberus company and are the equivalent to mean girls run by a cheap version of Regina George. I worked there prior to this HR reign and I sure hope it gets better.
