Pros

-Amazing team -New Corporate Leadership -Extended Benefits including maternity/paternity leave, pet insurance, etc -Growth opportunity -Amply compensated -Flexible work schedule -Currently, we are in a primarily remote environment

Cons

-Central Ops and a large portion of Accounting outsourced effective 2021 -Potential for long hours -There are a couple of manager's that have bullied themselves into promotions and continue to bully their teams and co-workers. IMHO, this contributes to a toxic work environment.

Great Training Program Every team member that l have encountered has been extremely nice and helpful. Great Benefit Program including vacation time Very diverse company

Cons

I have not found any as of yet. There is an extensive list of acronyms that you will need to be familiar with.

Pros

Strong CEO and teams across the organization. Mindful of doing the right thing and providing good service to its renters. People seem to work really well together. Care about their residents and provided a lot of support to those facing difficulties during Covid. A good growth industry. Good company benefits, pay, etc.

Cons

It's a new company, things move extremely fast, and competing priorities come into play often.
