I no longer work there and I have the freedom to warn any potential victims.

Cons

Lets start at the beginning. The failure to strategically plan ahead into the future is the start of many challenges within this company. With fast company growth the developments within the companies software lacked behind causing chaos and confusion.

I, like a lot of others here, have been here for a little under a year and I have found there to be a lot of pros to working here: - work/life balance is fantastic; better than any other job I have had - no micro-managing; there is great trust in the ability to do your job - huge growth opportunity; as this company continues to grow across the country, the work environment also continues to grow and I see there is huge opportunity for me and coworkers here to grow with the company - creating new every day - working with great people - being heard from upper management; I have read some of the other reviews and definitely disagree with the idea that management won't hear other thoughts. They are VERY open to ideas that can make this company better.

Cons

I haven't come across cons so much that I would say I would report to make others think this isn't a great place to work. It is!

Pros

Young company with great values. Always looking for ways to improve. My employment relationship here doesn’t seem like a job. It’s a career and part of my lifestyle.

Cons

I personally don’t have any true company or business model complaints. You all have been rocking it since I became a part of the team. I started in November and I’ve stayed above the top of my field in performance but I don’t want that to hold me back from a promotion and growth. Not saying that it will.
