Pros

Financial backing by one of the leading private equity firms, excellent leadership team with industry veterans, great work/life balance, excellent compensation and long-term potential; being part of a high-growth company

Cons

Honestly, there are none. If anything, we need more office space to accommodate the rapid growth and new hires (something that leadership has told us they are working on and should be resolved before the end of 2017).
