Cannot think of any pros except for great office location.

Disorganized directors and upper management. Insufficient training with high unrealistic expectations.

To work in an environment In wish I cant improve my self and to offer my help every single day in the best way possible

Cons

Properties managers are to powerful, and they can be very wrong some time but still, they decide over you and your personal improvement , don't mater how honest or hart worker or well trained or experience or god judgment you may have, if they don't like you, that is it, you are done.
